Mohali MC Elections: AAP candidate Sukhdev Singh Patwari from Ward No. 34 gets huge response; MIG Resident Welfare Association announces open support
Mohali, 18 May 2026 (Mohali MC Elections)- Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Ward No. 34, Sukhdev Singh Patwari, intensified his election campaign by conducting a door-to-door outreach programme in the MIG Independent area and interacting with local residents. During the campaign, he discussed key civic issues such as development, cleanliness, drainage, security, and other basic amenities with the voters and assured them that these issues would be addressed on priority in the coming time.
On this occasion, the MIG Independent Residents Welfare Association announced its full support for Sukhdev Singh Patwari. Association President Bipinjeet Singh stated that Sukhdev Singh Patwari has consistently raised the issues of the ward over the years and has played a significant role in resolving the long-pending problem of rainwater accumulation, which had troubled residents for the past fifteen years. Due to his continuous efforts and persistent follow-up with the concerned departments, a storm water project worth nearly Rs. 1 crore was approved, and the work is now nearing completion, which is expected to provide major relief to the residents of the area.
He further said that Sukhdev Singh Patwari has always remained sensitive towards public issues and has consistently worked for the welfare of the people. This is why the residents have great faith and respect for him.
Expressing gratitude to the Welfare Association and the residents, Sukhdev Singh Patwari said that he would continue to work honestly and dedicatedly for the welfare of every family in the ward. He added that his primary objective is to make Ward No. 34 a model ward in terms of development.
