Meeting held regarding new admission and annual examination

According to the guidelines issued by Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains, a special meeting was held by Harbhagwant Singh District Education Officer (SE) Hoshiarpur in which the Deputy District Education Officer, Education Reform Team, Block Nodal Officers, D. Ms. and other officers joined. On this occasion, Harbhagwant Singh, District Education Officer (SE) while speaking, said that preparations will be made according to the planning prepared by the department to strengthen the students academically in Hoshiarpur district. In the meeting, the district result was shared with the block nodal officials on the projector and analysed.
He said that the department has divided the students into three categories based on the results obtained. Students who show excellent results in studies Dr. Abdul Kalam Group, medium results Dr. Hargobind Khurana Group and Albert Einstein Group for students with forty percent or less average.
He instructed the block nodal officers that by reviewing the bimonthly results in the schools coming in their respective blocks, the talented students with more than 80 percent results should be prepared for merit. Similarly, students with less than 40 percent results should be prepared for the examination by providing simplified study material. He said that special meetings should be held with the school heads to improve the results in the schools where the number of students scoring less than 40 percent is high.
He said that the mission can be made hundred percent successful based on the result-based classification of students.
He said that under the Mission 100 Percent, teachers who conduct extra classes will be honored. On this occasion, he emphasized the need to conduct the admission campaign for the new session with full enthusiasm.
On this occasion, Dheeraj Vashisht Deputy District Education Officer (SE) Hoshiarpur, Principal Shailender Thakur in-charge District Sikhya Sudhar Team also addressed the meeting.
