Fugitive Bhopal gangster Mukhtar Malik, who was injured in a gang war in Rajasthan two days ago, has died. The villagers had informed the police on finding the injured. Mukhtar was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries at around 10 am on Friday. There are 58 serious cases registered against him in various police stations. DSP Girdhar Singh said that Mukhtar Malik was found injured in a forest about 1 km from the river. Mukhtar's gang war was going on with the Bunty gang of Rajasthan. In the catchment area of Bhimsagar Dam, a dispute broke out between two groups over fishing. There was a shootout between the two groups. One of the leaders of the Mukhtar gang was killed in the gang war. Vicky Wahid, his right hand, along with the attorney, were also injured.
